How can I unblock a lead?

  1. Go to the Leads CRM page.

  2. Choose ‘Blocked’ from the ‘Status’ filter to display all blocked leads.

  3. Select the lead that you want to unblock.

  4. Select the More Options button, then choose ‘Unblock this lead’

  5. Confirm the action.

    The lead will be able to send you a message via the Inquiry Form after unblocking.
