How can I block a lead?

  1. Go to the Leads CRM page.

  2. Select the lead that you want to block.

  3. Select the More Options button, then choose ‘Block this lead’.

  4. Confirm the action.

    The lead will not be able to send you a message via the Inquiry Form anymore and will have the ‘Blocked’ badge and its status will be changed to ‘Archived’.

  5. The lead will not be able to send you a message via our Inquiry Form anymore.
