Why is LeadMail not working on some leads?

You can only use LeadMail to send emails to leads with verified email addresses. If you encounter a lead with an unverified email address, you can scan their QR code or copy the email address. You can follow the steps below to do so:

  1. Go to the Leads CRM and select the lead you will contact

  2. Select the email of the lead

  3. Scan the QR code or select Copy Email Address

  4. Open your chosen email client to manually send an email to the lead
