How can I archive a lead?

  1. Go to the Leads CRM page.

  2. Search the lead you want to archive and change its status to Archive

  3. Confirm your action to proceed

    After confirming your action, you can only view the archived leads using the Archive status in the filter.

Additional notes:
If an archived lead inquires to your property again, they are retrieved automatically from the Archive.
