How can I retrieve an archived lead?

  1. Go to the Leads CRM page

  2. Select the Archive in the filter to see all your archived leads

  3. Search the lead you want to retrieve and change its status other than Archive

  4. Confirm your action to proceed.

    After confirming your action, you can immediately see the lead on the Leads CRM.

Additional notes:
If an archived lead inquires to your property again, they are retrieved automatically from the Archive.
