How can I mark my leads as read/unread?

When you click on a new lead, it will be marked as read automatically. To mark leads as read by bulk, follow these steps:

  1. Use the Status Filter: Unread or click on the Unread Leads button above your Leads CRM table.

  2. Select the Mark All as Read button.

  3. Confirm that you want to mark all unread leads as read.

  4. Your leads will be marked as read.

To mark a lead as Unread, follow these steps:

  1. Select any read lead.

  2. Select the More Options in the Lead Details section.

  3. Select the Mark Lead as Unread.

  4. Your lead will be marked as unread.
