Q: How can I assign leads to other users of OnePropertee?

Go to the Leads CRM page . Select a lead to assign. Select the More Options button, then choose ‘Assign this Lead’. Search and select the name of the seller to whom you want to assign the lead. The seller can access the lead you assigned to them on the Leads CRM with the following details: Contact Details Property Attributes that they are interested in You can only assign a lead to a maximum of three (3) sellers. Note: Assign Lead option is not available for leads matched via Free Property Assistance program.

The seller can access the lead you assigned to them on the Leads CRM with the following details:
- Contact Details
- Property Attributes that they are interested in

You can only assign a lead to a maximum of three (3) sellers.

Note: Assign Lead option is not available for leads matched via Free Property Assistance program.
