Why is my Viber/WhatsApp app not opening when clicking on the icons?

Contacting your lead via third-party messengers like Viber and WhatsApp in OnePropertee is as easy as clicking on the Viber or WhatsApp option on the contact menu (if available). Once you click on the third-party messenger option, our app expects that your device has Viber or WhatsApp installed.

If your chosen third-party messenger app is not being opened when clicking the option through OnePropertee, you can try the following:

  1. Ensure that the Viber or WhatsApp app is installed on your device.

  2. Ensure that your apps are updated. The app will prompt you once you need to update.

Some mobile devices are incompatible with opening Viber or WhatsApp directly from links. If you experience this, you can still use these apps by following these steps:

  1. Click the Mobile or Call / SMS button

  2. Click Copy Mobile Number from the menu displayed

  3. Open Viber or WhatsApp on your device

  4. Use the number to create a new message or add it as a contact to allow you to send a message
