The Satisfaction Guarantee Program ensures you receive high-quality leads and provide security when purchasing our services. The program covers leads from Paid Direct Inquiries and Lead Boost Direct, allowing you to get a refund via LeadCoins or boosting leads extensions.
This program covers the following:

The Lead is a seller (broker or salesperson).

The Lead is not looking for a property, has already bought one, or is a fake lead.

The Lead is a scammer or spammer.

The Lead has no verified contact details.

The Lead has a documented history of low quality, evidenced by being reported multiple times by different sellers and/or frequently identified as a spammer.
If you encounter a lead from these sources that fail to meet our criteria for a high-quality lead, we encourage you to report it to us and submit any information to support the claim to help us investigate the matter.
For Paid Direct Inquiries, you have ten (10) days to report and submit information from the date of purchase. Verified claims will be refunded via LeadCoins.
For Lead Boost Direct, you have ten (10) days to report and submit information upon receipt of the inquiry. Verified claims will be refunded by extending the guaranteed leads of your boosted property.
