The One Partnership Program is designed to grow your sales by delivering pre-qualified leads directly to your properties, facilitating more successful deals. Our precise promotion, matching, and pre-qualification process connects your properties with ready buyers or renters for more successful transactions.

How does One Partnership work?
After signing the contract with OnePropertee, you are officially enrolled in the One Partnership program as a Partner. Here is an overview of how the program works:

Post Properties for Free: As our Partner, you start by posting your property listings on OnePropertee's platform at no cost.

Process Pre-Qualified Leads: OnePropertee takes the initiative to generate leads from your listings. We use a thorough pre-qualification process to ensure the leads match your property offerings. After the pre-qualification, we endorse these potential buyers to you.

Proceed to Closing: Partner conducts the property viewings, known as 'tripping,' and eventually closes the sale with the endorsed lead.

Pay Service Fee: OnePropertee will charge the Partner a service fee upon successfully closing a transaction with the endorsed lead.

What is the service fee structure of the One Partnership program?
Partner will pay a service a fee after closing a transaction with the pre-qualified leads endorsed to them by OnePropertee. The service fee is structured as follows:

1% of the total sale price for property sales.

20% of the monthly rental cost for property rentals.
This payment structure is designed to minimize upfront costs, allowing you to benefit from the program without significant initial investment.
