1. Post Properties for Free: As our Partner, you start by posting your property listings on OnePropertee's platform at no cost.

2. Boost Properties for Free: We strategically promote our partner properties, maximizing their visibility to relevant potential buyers in our network and attracting strong interest.

3. Process Pre-Qualified Referrals: OnePropertee takes the initiative to generate potential buyers from your listings. We use a thorough pre-qualification process to ensure the buyer referrals match your property offerings. After the pre-qualification, we endorse these potential buyers to you.

4. Proceed to Closing: Partner conducts the property viewings, known as 'tripping,' and eventually closes the sale with the buyer referrals.

5. Pay Referral Fee: OnePropertee will charge the Partner a service fee upon successfully closing a transaction with the buyer referrals.
