Step 1: Let's begin with understanding the One Partnership Group.

What is a One Partnership Group?

The One Partnership Group provides a dedicated channel for collaboration with its Partners. OnePropertee automatically creates these groups for the Partners enrolled in the One Partnership program. Upon joining, the initial member, often the primary contact, is granted the authority to designate Partner Coordinators and add Partner Sellers to the group. The members of the One Partnership Group confirm that the individuals are officially part of the program, as recognized by the Partners.

Step 2: Next up, let's clarify your role in the program.

What is a Partner Coordinator of the One Partnership Program?

A Partner Coordinator is selected by the Partner under the One Partnership program and has the following responsibilities:

• Liaising between Partner and OnePropertee: You will be the primary point of contact between OnePropertee and Partner.

• Managing Partner Sellers: You will add sellers to the One Partnership group, who will post the properties and receive the pre-qualified buyer referrals.

• Monitoring Performance: You will keep track of the lead progress and report back to OnePropertee for any successful transaction.

What is a Partner Seller of the One Partnership Program?

A Partner Seller is selected by the Partner Coordinator under the One Partnership program and has the responsibilities to:

• Posting Properties: You will post your properties on OnePropertee to attract and engage with potential buyers.

• Engaging with Pre-Qualified Buyer Referrals: You will receive the pre-qualified buyer referrals from OnePropertee in your Leads CRM and be responsible for guiding them through the purchasing process to convert them into sure buyers.

• Reporting Progress: You will regularly update your Partner Coordinator on the status and progress of the buyer referrals.

Essentially, if you're posting the properties, you'll be the one receiving the pre-qualified buyer referrals and engaging with them.

Step 3: Now, here's how to add members to your group:

How do you add Partner Sellers to the One Partnership Group?

Adding Partner Sellers to your One Partnership Group is essential in helping you engage with buyer referrals. Follow these steps to add Partner Sellers.

1. Go to the One Partnership Group.

2. Select the Members tab.

3. Select the Invite Members button.

4. Choose your preferred way of adding members from the two available options.

a. Copy the group link and send it to the Partner Seller. Then, they must click 'Join Group' to send a Join request. You can approve/decline their request in the Members tab.

b. Type their full name, select the Seller Partners to add, then click the Invite button.

Step 4: Finally, it’s time to post your properties!

1. Select the Post Property on the menu.

2. Fill out the form with the details of the property.

3. Select the Submit Property button.
