SHDA tops Pag-IBIG's list of real estate developers
TWENTY-TWO members of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association Inc. (SHDA) were commended as top-performing real estate developers in the Fund Stakeholders' Accomplishment Report (StAR) of the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF or Pag-IBIG Fund) for the first three quarter of the year.
"As the largest, and leading housing and real estate developers' association in the Philippines, it is truly an honor for us that HDMF recognized the achievements of some of our members, which have delivered outstanding performance in the first to the third quarter of this year," SHDA President May Rodriguez said.
SHDA members Raemulan Lands Inc., Axeia Development Corp., The New Apec Group of Companies, 8990 Housing Development Corp., Borland Development, Homemark Group of Companies, PA Alvarez Properties and Development Corp., Cenqhomes Development Corp. and Phinma Property Holdings Corp. claimed the top nine spots, in that order, for top developers in the National Capital Region.
Topping the Northern Luzon developers were Hausland Group, Borland Development Corp., 8990 Housing Development Corp., The New Apec Group of Companies and PA Alvarez Properties.
Meanwhile, The New Apec Group, Lynville Land Development Corp., Borland Development, Shelter Systems Development Corp. and Bellavita Land Corp. were hailed as the top developers in Southern Luzon.
SHDA members also dominated the Visayas region with 8990 Housing Development, Cebu Landmasters Inc., Saekyung Realty Corp., Johndorf Ventures Corp., Pacific Land Ventures and Property Development Inc., and Juanito King and Sons Inc.
Finally, 8990 Housing Development emerged as the top developer in Mindanao along with Johndorf Ventures Corp., VCDU Realty Corp., Davao Joyful Homes Realty Corp., Liberty Land Corp. and Phinma Property Holdings.
The StAR is an event conducted by the state-owned Pag-IBIG Fund to recognize the top developers, employers, service partners and key stakeholders in five major regions in the Philippines whose support to the organization has been instrumental in allowing them to perform excellently in the pursuit of their mandates.
