Hi everyone! I’m a rookie from DRIVEN Marketing Group Inc.

a 20-year old BS Accountancy student from Manila marketing properties on the side. 2 years ago, when I turned 18, I became obsessed with properties! House tours, interior designs, architectures and alike. Even the small stuffs at home that looks really nice.

It was at that time when I discovered Presello, Metro Guide Realty and alike. I asked myself if time will come that I got to enter these luxurious houses in Metro Manila? I think it’s dead impossible! hahaha How can someone like me, a student, enter such pristine houses? HAHA Baka hulihin lang ako ng guard HAHAHA

Back then, during my Senior High School day, my accounting teacher asked me, “Carlo, ano gusto mo paglaki mo?” and with since at that time I’m into architecture or civil engineering or even interior design, I don’t want to answer it that way since he’s my ACCOUNTING teacher haha so I just answered…“Sir, yumaman po” hahaha

I mean, who doesn’t want to be wealthy? HAHA so during the height of the pandemic, back in May 2020, he showed me this very popular personal finance book Rich Dad, Pood Dad. My mind was blown actually since I came from a not-so-well-of family and what I know is to get that degree and find a job and work for the rest of my life haha. But this book change it!

So… I looked for opportunities online AHAHAH and in Facebook, I found DRIVEN MARKETING GROUP INC. hiring salespersons from Sir DJ, my broker. So I attended the orientation. I struggled getting my first sale hahaha but my former high school teacher was the one to trust me. From there I learned the sales process from experience (even though I know it already but theoretically AHHA). Then everything expanded.

Now, I’m on YouTube and in this video I mentioned what I’m planning to do with it and thinking about it… WILL I ABLE TO ENTER THESE PRISTINE HOUSE AND LOT PROPERTIES IN METRO MANILA? haha

What I thought was impossible… is now at reach! SO SET YOUR DREAMS HIGH! Everything is possible! <3
