Renewal Process for Real Estate Salesperson
Based on interviews with renewed Salespersons, here are the process they went through renewing their PRC Accreditation ID.

Visit PRC Morayta office, proceed to customer table and get a Renewal Application form.

Fill in all the necessary information needed on the RENEWAL.

Attach the following:

Notarized CPD Certificate of 5units or as required by PRBRES

Copy of your Real Estate Broker’s ID with 3specimen signatures

Real Estate Broker’s signed Declaration & Undertaking. Here’s a copy of the form: https://bit.ly/REBDU

One (1) 1 1/2x 1 1/2 picture (white background with complete nametag)

PRC Accreditation ID or claim slip

Submit all the documents to counter 8 for assessment/ approval and payment.

Proceed to the cashier for payment. Renewal processing fee: Php 300 while for senior citizen’s its Php 150 (must provide senior citizen ID).

After payment, return to Counter 8 for signature and get your CLAIM SLIP and Official Receipt.

Make sure to have your PRC official receipt, claim slip and contact numbers to follow up availability of your ID for the year.
Note: Process was made last Jan 2021, changes on the process may occur depending on the latest PRC memorandum and announcements.
