Recently, we made a big announcement: No More Ad Expiration on OnePropertee!

What does no expiration mean?
To quickly explain it, as long as you are active on OnePropertee, all your property ads will never expire. Just one simple rule for all your properties.

Why did you remove the Ad expiration?
We understand that property selling is not a short-term process. A new real estate project can remain in the market for a long time. Thinking of your property listing similar to a classified ad that expires after 30 days is not aligned with how you conduct real estate selling. Thus, we shifted to Property Pages. Similar to a website or Facebook page, your Property Page will not expire and will be available until you sold it.

This way, your focus will be on closing deals for all the leads that you can get from OnePropertee and not on worrying about your expiring properties.

What will happen if I become inactive?
If you do not log in to OnePropertee during the last 30 days, your account will be deemed inactive. In this case, all your properties will be deprioritized in our search results

Do I still need to use FREE REFRESH if I remain active?
Yes, Free Refresh is still very important. Free Refresh ensures that you get more opportunities to get more leads because it moves your properties on the top of our search results. Free Refresh also helps to rank your properties in Google Search results.

Instead of using FREE REFRESH, can I post a duplicate property?
OnePropertee can identify identical properties, and our system will automatically disregard all the duplicate ones. In effect, you wasted your credits for posting a duplicate property. You will gain more by using Free Refresh (see the previous question).

What other benefits can I get with this update?
Because your Property Pages do not expire, your Profile Page will always contain all the properties that you are selling. Therefore, when you share your Profile Page, you are sure that it includes all the properties that you are selling.
