An accredited real estate salesperson can earn a commission of 2.5% to 3.5% per unit less tax.
If one real estate salesperson can sell on a given week at least one unit costing P 4,000,000.00 per unit, with a 3% commission, he/she will earn at least P120,000.00 less applicable taxes.
Let’s take the 54,000 units sold, with say an average of P4,000,000.00 per unit, that’s a whopping
P 216,000,000,000.00 sales. With a 3% commission, salespersons who sold these units are guaranteed to receive a commission of P6.48B. :)
