What does the CRM System of OnePropertee do?

At the most basic level, our CRM system helps the sellers to manage relationships with their clients by providing a single channel where all leads are automatically stored and enables them to track all interactions that took place. You can access OnePropertee CRM via Inquiries.

Where are the leads coming from?

Leads are coming from the submitted inquiries of potential buyers from your property on OnePropertee.

How does the CRM system record the inquiries?

The CRM system records inquiries using the buyer details. For example, when a buyer submitted multiple inquiries to one of your ads, the CRM system records the inquiries as one inquiry. If a buyer submitted multiple inquiries to two more of your property ads, the CRM system counts the inquiries separately under the same buyer.

This also means that in the Property Hub, the count of Inquiries displayed will be based on the number of buyers that sent an inquiry to your property.

How can I change the status so I can record the progress with my clients?

Track the progress with your client by using Status. Just select a buyer, click on the ‘Change’ link and choose from our available Status. Save your changes to reflect the new status of your progress.

You can also add notes to support the progress. To add a note, just go to the Inquiry page, select a buyer, and choose the Add Note button.

How can I reply to my inquiries?

In addition to the new CRM, we’ve also improved the reply buttons to make it simpler. To reply to a buyer, just click on the Mobile Number of your buyer and choose from Call, SMS, and Copy mobile number. If your buyer submitted an email, you will also see an Email option.
