It paves a new way to interact with buyers at the most convenient time when they're in the right mood and need the information the most. Attending to the buyers' needs at the right time creates instant gratification, which may lead to healthy conversations, and likely faster transactions. Moreover, since it's easier for buyers to have conversations with sellers, you can expect more inquiries! It's a win-win for both sellers and buyers!

How does it work?

1. Buyers will need to submit an inquiry first, and then an option to have a chat with a seller will be displayed. If the buyer proceeds, a chat room is created automatically, and they can start sending messages already.

   

2. OnePropertee saves the submitted inquiry, which will be available on the Inquiry page. Every inquiry connects to the chat room created (if available) for accessibility and easy management.

In addition to that, Buyers can now register on OnePropertee! It aims to foster a healthy community between sellers and buyers.
