Lot farm close to the longbeach

It's Joy just a quick update about our 2 remaining resort projects and our last lot.

Let's start with our last lot # 4 on the site plan, it's a 1/2 hectare or 5000 sqm lot. It's in a DENR approved area for titling. All that needs to be done is first a survey then a Flag T issued by the DENR .... and then title. Once titled a lot in this area sells for 500 to 1000 pesos per meter. We are selling this last lot at only 95 peso per meter or 475,000 php - $9,300 USD. We were planning to keep this last lot for our children and title it ourselves but due to construction costs of 2 other resort projects we are forced to sell it quickly at a discounted price.
