The Lead Boost Settings give you more control over the leads you will receive when you purchase Lead Boost. It will allow you to adjust attributes to match the preferences of the leads in a broader sense, namely location, recent activity, property type, and price range. Adjusting these attributes means including more leads who you think might consider buying your property.

For example, if you have a property situated in Antipolo Rizal and you adjusted the location in the Lead Boost Settings from Antipolo, Rizal to the Rizal Province means you will also receive the leads who are interested in other areas within the Rizal province. It is a good strategy, especially for homebuyers testing the waters or doing some canvassing within proximity of their desired neighborhood.

To adjust these attributes in the Lead Boost Settings, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to any boosted property.

2. Select the ‘Boost Settings’ button. The system will display the modal for the Lead Boost Settings.

   

3. Adjust the attributes based on your preference.

   

   1. Location (From the city/town to the province level)

   2. Last Activity (Last activity of lead from within 6 months up to 12 months)

   3. Property Type (Add other property types to include)

   4. Price Range (Additional 10% in the price range)
