Evo City is envisioned as a new central business district to rise in Cavite

New transportation infrastructures in place or fast emerging have placed Kawit, Cavite as a prominent destination south of Metro Manila—both for home buyers or leisure seekers.

This planned Kawit CBD follows the template of successful Ayala Land master-planned developments.

Evo City will include a commercial component in the mold of the Ayala Malls featuring the whole range of retail, leisure, and entertainment offerings.
