Please be advised that we are experiencing some issues related to LeadMail that started at 1:05 pm today (Monday, June 19, 2023).
A few leads (not all) received today are not being displayed correctly in LeadMail. Your leads are affected if you encounter the following:

No information is being displayed in LeadMail

No message is being posted when you try to Send a response to the buyer
What can you do if you are affected?
If you are affected, you can contact the Lead through SMS or Email while we restore the LeadMail details of your Lead.Will we lose data from our leads?
We are still checking this. We will try to restore as much data as possible.When can we expect this issue to be resolved?
We are in the process of fixing this issue. We will post an update here if we have more information to share.We appreciate your understanding while we are fixing this. Thank you.
