I do some experiments and this is what i discover..
Guys limited lang ba yung ads mo na lalabas sa page kung saan sya dapat nandun..
I do some interesting experiment dito sa Binan Laguna , For Sale and Condominium page..

Nakita ko wala eto ads na eto jan https://onepropertee.com/listings/video-tour-condominium-near-both-calax-and-slex-exit-binan-laguna/LrrHeXxXp8aFxMbo5 so what i did i REFRESH so it charge me 39 credit if i remember .. Then na pansin ko na WALA eto https://onepropertee.com/listings/video-tour-studio-unit-condominium-near-binan-laguna-universities/BeL9FCiCNta9hSGDM sa mismo First Page link na yan..
So what i did ni REFRESH ko naman eto ads na eto.. https://onepropertee.com/listings/video-tour-studio-unit-condominium-near-binan-laguna-universities/BeL9FCiCNta9hSGDM so it charge me 39 credit THEN na wala yung isa ads ko sa first page.. naka kaka refresh ko lang and charge me 39 credit.
Base sa experiment ko limited lang yung ads mo na pwede mo ibalik sa first page regardless eh REFRESH mo sya .. So sayang yung una charge sakin 39 credit.. Para nag auto delete kayo kahit recent refresh lang and nabasawan ka ng 39 credit..
Pwede po CLEAR eto kasi madali lang gawin eto FIRST PAGE experiment na eto para hindi sayang yung iba credit. Ilan REFRESH ads lang yung pwede namin gawin sa isang FIRST PAGE para aware kami.. Kasi madali mo ma observe eto experiment na eto if isang lugar lang yung posting mo..

Hi, Alvin, our system is automatically grouping properties that it deemed similar. When grouped together, the grouped properties are competing together for the placement in the search results. But only one of these properties will appear in the search results depending on a number of factors. The rest of the grouped properties will be part of similar properties that a buyer can view after viewing one of the properties.
So the good thing about being grouped together is that there are higher chances of being at the top of the search results (there are different ways and search combinations for a buyer to reach the property).
To avoid this grouping, our advice is to avoid using the same photos for different properties.Pag kaiba project po kasi yung condominium yung isa Condominium ni Data Land yung mycube then yung isa the the terraces by Reamulan so.. So mag kaiba po talaga eto, hindi lang po yun mag kalaban na developer sa binan.

Better use different images per project. Our system is tagging the properties to be having similar images and that is one way that our system tags similar properties
Oh i see.. Nakita ko na .. I used one call to action photos for to ALL of my ads this sa platform na eto.. Na gets ko na … Buti na lang nag tanong ako.. kahit mag kakaiba developer and project. Eto yung common denominator nila sa photos..
