What is the policy for inactive properties?
Properties on OnePropertee that have not been refreshed for over 90 days are considered inactive and will be hidden from buyers. To prevent this, use the Free Refresh feature regularly to keep your listings active and visible to potential buyers.
Free Refresh renews the validity of your listings, effectively resetting the 90-day limit and keeping your properties active and visible to potential buyers.
