Rules on extending a Lead Acquisition Service due to defective leads

OnePropertee extends a Lead Acquisition service or compensates the defective leads. A lead must meet one of the following to be considered defective.

The lead is a Spammer
OnePropertee considers a lead a spammer upon reviewing their behavior on the platform and meets any of the following:

a. Their message/inquiry is not related to real estate.
b. Their message/inquiry follows the pattern of known scams.
c. They exhibit suspicious behavior by sending inquiries within the past 24 hours, e.g.
- Sent inquiries to more than 30 unique properties
- Sent inquiries to 30 or more properties from different provinces
- Sent inquiries to several properties within a short period
- Sent inquiries to several properties that differ in property type, location, and price range

The contact details provided by the lead is either invalid or unverified.

The lead is not a potential buyer but Real Estate professional (must be backed up with evidence).
