A more convenient way of sending the Buyer Information Sheet to your buyers through OnePropertee! The Buyer Information Form is easily accessible through your OnePropertee account on the Leads CRM page as our new feature.

With only a few clicks, you can send the Buyer Information Form to your buyer to get more detailed information that can help you manage your leads easily. Each Buyer Information Form is unique to a buyer, which makes it even more manageable.

To start sending the Buyer Information Form to your buyer, you can follow these simple steps.

1. Go to the Leads CRM page.

2. Select a lead you want to send the Buyer Information form.

3. Click the Buyer Information tab.

   

4. Click the ‘Send This Form to This Lead’ button.

   

5. Select where to send the form. You can either copy the link, send it via email, or send it via SMS.

   

You can easily fill out the form for the Buyer in case you already have their information. Just select the ‘Edit Information’ button and fill in their details. There is also an option to view and download the Buyer Information Form as a PDF; click on the ‘Preview as PDF’ option.

You have options to download the form as PDF via the ‘Download as PDF’ button and download all attached files using the ‘Download Attachments’ button. In addition, once the buyer has already filled out the Buyer Information Form, you can share it with the Developer in compliance with their requirements. To share*, select the ‘Share Buyer Information’ button.
