Email button on reply
I am wondering how come I cannot use EMAIL button now? It doesn’t proceed to my email. Same thing is happening when I am using iphone. Your usual assistance will be highly appreciated. thank you.

Hi, MARISOL. This feature is being controlled by your email client.
As an example, for Gmail, here are the steps to ensure that gmail will open up as the default email client

You can also copy this and paste into Google Chrome
chrome://settings/?search=additional+permissions -
Then click Site Settings

Click Additional Permissions

Look for and click Handlers

Check what is indicated as your default email client

Turned on the allow sites to ask to become handlers for protocols and it worked! Thank you for your usual prompt assistance.
