DMCI Reservation Process
1. Check sellers portal for availability, send client the available unit. Allow the client to choose at least 3 preferred unit.
2. Get price details and preferred payment terms to prepare the sample computation for signature of the client.
3. Send personal or company’s CRF link for abroad client’s completion.
4. Send downloaded Reservation Agreement to client for completion and signature.
5. Submit RA, Reservation fee and client’s 2 valid govt IDs with 3specimen signatures, proof of billing and proof of income for booking.
Note: Proof of income may follow. BIR form 1904 maybe accomplished by the buyer or seller. "Docs-In " should be complete within 30days for booking of sale or 45days for buyers abroad.

Choose DPMC then click seller’s portal on the upper left hand corner. Then click properties, choose which property are you searching.
