Bullish mood seen in PH real estate industry in 2023

CEBU CITY – A leading real estate developer is seeing favorable opportunities and a flourishing recovery next year.

Ramero Espina, Vice President for Sales and Marketing of Primary Homes, said the Philippine real estate industry, particularly in the residential segment, could forward to a bullish 2023.

Espina said Covid-19 pandemic has not actually slowed down the industry’s growth.

“People will buy homes whether there’s a pandemic or not. Being locked down for a long time taught us the importance of a safe and secure home,” Espina said.

Espina said the easing of Covid-19 restrictions will bring in more opportunities for the real estate industry.

“With the revenge travel phenomenon bringing more and more people in for business and pleasure, and our OFWs returning to work, we expect a strong demand for property either for living in or for investment,” Espina said.

Espina said for their part, Primary Homes is eyeing new projects in 2023 as it is set to launch residential developments across Visayas, particularly in Cebu, Negros and Bohol.

The award-winning developer recently opened a new sales office in Cebu City to meet the growing demand for the company’s projects.

The 108-square meter new space at the APM Centrale shopping mall on A.S. Soriano Ave., Cebu City will serve as the new service hub for its clients and sales partners as the company plans to launch more projects in Cebu.

It expanded its presence in Bohol with the opening of its sales office at the 2nd level of Island City Mall in Tagbilaran City.

A new project, Royal Palms Quatro, was also launched in Dauis. It also added its resort-type condominium brand Royal Oceancrest to its impressive portfolio of projects in Panglao Island.
