BDO Home Loan Waived Fee Promo

• The BDO Home Loan Waived Fee Promo (“Promo”) is open to all Home Loan applications submitted online via www.bdo.com.ph from March 1 to May 31, 2023 (“Promo Period”).

• The Home Loan application should be subsequently approved and booked by August 31, 2023 (“Availment Period”).

• The Promo offers Waived Fees of up to P25,000 to qualified Home Loan applications. Clients will also enjoy:

  • Low Interest Rates (less 0.50% from the published interest rates)

  • Extended Loan Term

    • Up to 25 years for house and lot, condominium and townhouse

    • Up to 15 years for vacant lot

• To qualify for the Promo, the following requirements must be met:

  • Submission of filled-out Home Loan application form with complete application documents

  • Loan amount of at least Php 1,000,000.

  • Loan term of at least 5 years

  Exclusions:

  • Additional loan on property/ies currently mortgaged with BDO

  • New loan to pay off existing Home Loan

• The Promo is applicable to all Home Loan purposes.

  • For Construction loan, first release must be within the Availment Period.

• Waived Fee Details

• Fees to be waived is up to P25,000, which will be applied to Appraisal and Registration Fees only. Waived fees will be deducted from the loan fees that clients will pay prior the release of the Home Loan.

• The loan is locked-in for 5 years. In case the loan is terminated or paid in full within 5 years after loan release, the full amount of waived fees will be charged accordingly, which will be reflected in the Statement of Account.

• Low Interest Rates

• Interest rates lower than the published BDO Home Loan rates will be provided or applied at the time of loan release.

• General Mechanics

• All qualified applications submitted during the Promo shall undergo evaluation and approval process of BDO, subject to completion of required loan application documents.

• The Promo is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, and may not be availed in conjunction with other promo and/ or offers of BDO Home Loan.

• These terms and conditions are subject to any relevant law, government direction and regulation. The promo will be void, where prohibited or restricted by law or government regulations.

• In case of dispute, the decision of BDO, with concurrence of DTI, shall be deemed final.
