DHSUD Region 4A Housing and Real Estate Development Regulation Division (HREDRD) conducted a Capacity Development Seminar to the members of the Philippine National Police in line with the Regional Anti-Illegal Real Estate Practices (AIREP) Inter-Agency Task Force CALABARZON last February 09, 2023 in Carmona, Cavite.

The event was attended by PNP ROD PLTCOL Angelito Guardian, RIDMD 4A PMAJ Nepthali Mendoza, RLS 4A PLTCOL Dante Arino, RLS 4A PLTCOL Jayde Atienza, RLS 4A PCPT Jeare Agra, RLS 4A PCPT Arven Calvario, CIDG 4A PCMS Julius Ponje, Cavite Assistant Chief PIDMU PMAJ Joel Palmares, Laguna Chief PIDMU PLTCOL Tyrone Valenzona, Batangas Deputy Chief PIDMU PMAJ Florencio Caisip, Rizal Chief PIDMU PLTCOL Gaylor Pagala, Quezon Chief PIDMU PCPT Maribel Sarmiento and around 60 other PNP officers from various CALABARZON PNP units.

The program was opened by DHSUD 4A Director Atty. Jann Roby Otero, CESO III and was followed by a short message by the venue coordinator of the Municipality of Carmona Local Government representative Ms. Esther Poncia. This was followed by the lecture of DHSUD Region 4A Public Housing and Settlements Division (PHSD) PDO4 Arch. Louie Jeff Ramos' lecture on Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pamilyang Pilipino Housing Program.

The main topics of the seminar were discussed by DHSUD 4A Legal Officer Atty. Mark Anthony Casiano, DHSUD 4A EMES Cavite, Batangas, & Quezon OIC Engr. Daphine Grace Nunez, DHSUD 4A EMES Laguna & Rizal OIC Engr. Kevin Brian Camacho, and PNP CIDG 4A PSSG Michael Santos. After the open forum and discussion, the closing remarks were delivered by DHSUD 4A HREDRD Chief Engr. Emmanuel G. Glipo, EnP. expressing his thanks for the active participation of the PNP and all out support of Mayor Dahlia Loyola to the plans, programs, and activities of the task force.

DHSUD, as the chair of the AIREP IATF is committed to stop the proliferation of illegal Real Estate Practices in the country.
