Update: PayMongo already deployed a fix on the previous issue concerning the processing of payment in their application. Payments on OnePropertee using Cards and GCash for Lead Acquisition services should be working and back to normal. Thank you.

-- Hi Mary Mae Mallorca! To use GCash, after submitting your order select GCash option on our Payment Page. Once you proceed, you will see the GCash payment facility powered by PayMongo and then follow these steps to pay:

1. Enter your GCash mobile number.

2. Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your number and your GCash MPIN for security purposes.

3. Review the payment and select Confirm to proceed.

4. You will be sent to the OnePropertee website for the confirmation of your payment. You will also receive a notification about your payment status and your orders within a few minutes.
