    10-Point ZOOM Guideline.. Pwede pang dagdagan or bawasan :)

    1. It is encourage that we dress appropriately befitting the occasion

    2. Please try to log-in at least 10-15 mins. in advance so you can have time to settle down.

    3. Please try to frame your video camera well taking note that your background does not cause any distraction to other participants especially during proper meeting. If you will use a profile picture, please choose an appropriate one. Especially during client Zoom Meeting.

    4. Take note also of any noise within your vicinity and be quick to mute your mic if needed so as not to disturb the meeting.

    5. Avoid multi-tasking. You'll retain the discussion better if you refrain from replying to emails or text messages during the meeting and wait to work on that PowerPoint presentation until after the meeting ends.

    6. We discourage unmuting everyone's mic to maintain some order and clarity of the meeting.

    7. We also suggest that exchange of Chat Messages be kept to a minimum especially during the meeting and sharing so we can all focus on what is going on and give our speaker the attention due them.

    8. During the meeting, should anyone want to share or ask a question, please just unmute your mic or raise your hand so that the speaker can signal you to start speaking.

    9. Prepare materials in advance. If you will be sharing content during the meeting, make sure you have the files and/or links ready to go before the meeting begins.

    10.Lastly, please do not forget to pray and intercede for your meeting (Client meeting), that we will be graced powerfully, absorbed all the teaching, convince the client to reserve & buy properties and that we will be free from any harassment from the evil one…. Happy ZOOM Meeting! :)
