  PAYMENT OPTIONS :

  2. Option 2: SPOT DP Spot 10***% downpayment*** with 5% discount on DP. Balance through bank financing.

  3. Option 3: 10% downpayment on TCP spread over 48 equal monthly payments (inclusive of Transfer Charges) for Tower 2   and 42 equal monthly payments  for Towers 3 &  4.
