All accredited and aspiring real estate service salespersons are advised to closely coordinate with their assigned broker regarding the implementing rules and regulation of the Real Estate Service Act 9646.

--that’s very backward. I wish they implemented that solely for someone who just came out from highschool and not for people who had a degree already. In Canada and the US you only do it in 6 months or less 😀. Sayang oras!!
