We have released a few new features to help our buyers have the best buying experience on OnePropertee. Here is a summary of what our team has been working on.

1. Saved Searches and Browsing History 🧡🧡🧡

   To help buyers in their decision-making, price canvassing, or even goal setting, they are now capable of saving the keywords and filters they usually use by using the ‘Save Search’ button. We are now also displaying the buyer’s recently viewed properties to refer to properties that they might be interested in. Both their ‘Saved Searches and Recently Viewed’ properties can be quickly accessed by clicking the ‘<3’ button in the header.

   As a seller, here are some tips for you to take advantage of these new features and secure your placement on these lists:

   • Use correct and relevant keywords in your property listing.

   • Keep your properties active by using Refresh.

2. Seller Profile enhancements ✅✅✅

   One of our ways to build the OnePropertee community that anchors on trust and benefits all our users is to develop features that make it easy for our buyers to validate sellers, and for our sellers to present themselves as professionals. In line with this, here are some profile enhancements that we released:

   • Online badge - Anyone, most especially buyers, appreciate responsive sellers. If you’re a seller and a potential buyer notices your online badge, you’re most likely to get an inquiry right away!

   • Registration date - Date of your OnePropertee account is visible on your profile that gives your buyers an idea about your experience as an online real estate professional.

   • Facebook Connect - If you registered via Facebook or connected your OnePropertee account to your Facebook account, a Connected via Facebook badge is displayed on your profile giving your buyers another reason to trust you.

   • Response rate - Our system has the ability to record your average speed of response capacity through the actions that you take upon receiving inquiries whether through Email, Copy, SMS, or Call. You will need to click one of these options to count as a reply. The faster that you reply to inquiries, the better. Below are the response rate badges that could be displayed on your profile:

     1. Replies within an hour - Average reply speed is within 60 minutes after an inquiry is received in the last 30 days

     2. Replies within the day - Average reply speed is within 24 hours after an inquiry is received in the last 30 days

     If your average reply speed is longer than 24 hours, OnePropertee will not display any response rate badge.
