For every unit successfully reserved and booked (the client does not back out) a 5K incentive shall be given until Aug 3, 2020 only!

Gem Residences Procedure for the 3-Day Manual Holding:

Requirements:
- Proof of RF
- Complete booking documents such as Reservation Agreement, Valid ID, and other document per unit

Process:
1.  To properly observe social distancing, those who will submit booking documents should stay on the chairs at the reception area only.
2. Numbers will be given as part of our queuing system which will be provided from reception itself.

3. Receiving time will be from 9am to 12nn only on a strict "First come, First serve basis".
4. RQ numbers will be sent to the seller's email address by 9pm on the same day of submission.
5. Held Units for the day will be sent to your email address or via Viber for checking of inventory.

Note:
1. For Cash/Check RF, must provide the proof of deposit on the following day; otherwise holding will be lifted.
2. Change of Buyer/Seller is not allowed.
3. Retrieval of documents is not allowed once accepted and with RQ number.
4. All deviations will be done after submission to SMG.
