Group Hub is a powerful tool in building communities. One significant benefit of it, among many others, is it connects you to people that you share something mutually with. May it be because you belong in the same team, or you share the same interest, or you just simply want to create that bond with certain people. For groups to maintain their purpose, sometimes, a member quality check is necessary, and this new feature enables the Admin of groups to create questions for users who would like to join their groups. The answers from these questions will help the Admin assess if a potential member is qualified based on the groups' objective or purpose.

If you're creating a new group and you want to have questions with it for new members, just select the ‘Create Group’ button on the Group Hub page.

If you're the Admin of an existing group and you want to add questions for new members who will join

1. Go to your group's page. Select the ‘More’ button and choose the ‘Edit Group’ option.

2. In the Membership Approval section, select one of two options who will have control over the pending member requests.

   • Members and Admin

   • Admin

3. Add the question in the ‘Membership Question’ field and select the 'Edit Group' button.

If you're the Admin of a group and you want to view the pending requests and submitted answers

1. Go to your group's page and select the ‘Members’ tab. Pending requests are displayed in the 'Pending Request' section with their answers to your question. The 'Pending Request' section will not appear if there are no requests.

2. Accept or Decline a request.

If you want to join a group that requires an answer to a question

1. Go to the page of the group you would like to join. Select the 'Join Group' button.

2. Enter your answer in the ‘Answer’ field.

3. Select the 'Submit Answer' button to proceed with your request to join.
