    Makati has always been the go-to place if you want a multicultural experience in the metro. Especially for foodies, this city had a lot to offer and continues to do so even as we move to the new normal.

    10. Three Guys And A Grill – Poblacion

    Get your burger fix at Three Guys and A Grill! They offer all your cheat day faves such as burgers, hotdogs, onion rings, and chicken tenders. For health buffs, they just launched an all-out veggie menu late last year which includes a plant-based burger.

    Wantusawa is a hole-in-the-wall oyster bar tucked between the bustling bars and restaurants of Poblacion. The unassuming restaurant serves fresh oysters flown in from Aklan daily— get them fresh, baked, or fried for only ₱50 a pop. It gets full after dinner on weekends, so try to come before 7 PM on a weekday.

    It’s for those who are craving some oysters and other seafood.
    It’s not for those who don’t like seafood at all.

    Arguably the best place to get ramen in Metro Manila, Mendokoro Ramenba is a 20-seater ramen joint from the people behind popular Ramen Yushoken from Alabang; it is also called being tagged as Yushoken 2.0.

    It’s for people who don’t mind queuing a bit for a spot at the table. 
    It’s not for people who want are expecting other Japanese favourites like sushi or rice bowls.
    We recommend the Tantanmen, Shio Ramen, and Gyoza.
