STUDY 101: Effective Communication with Our Clients
Effectively communicate with our clients using these 9 C’s of Communication!

Captivating – We must always have the respective tone, style , the right and proper gestures and presentable appearance with our clients.

Clarity – We must avoid dual-meaning words and must explain them the jargons of real estate industry. Let’s be clear with what we tell them.

Concreteness – We, as may agent may provide them some examples on what they can benefit from the property.

Courtesy – We should always be polite towards our dear clients.

Correctness – We must provide them with the right and correct information and details of the property they are eyeing for. Never use misleading information just to capture their attention.

Consideration – We are currently in a pandemic and that we must be sensitive towards what we tell our clients. It’s not just right to tell them we just closed a deal despite this situation. We must know how to be considerate.

Creativity – We must be creative in our ads to gain attention from our audiences and potential clients.

Conciseness – We may provide brief details of the product but full of important information they need in order for them to formulate their decision.

Cultural Sensitivity –We live in a diverse community from different cultures and that we must be sensitive enough. We may also research some of the do’s and don’t’s especially when we meet them personally
