Having a home business is not really a novel idea. Homes with a sari-sari store in the Philippines dominate our retail culture. Filipinos find a need and would always be there to fill it.

Building a cluster of Shophouses would organize how we do business especially in a thriving community. Having a centralized area of commerce would keep the orderliness, cleanliness in the community. This is why we are introducing this concept in our housing project in Manigo Lifehomes Balungao, Pangasinan.
