Existing Globe Postpaid, Globe Platinum, and Globe Business Postpaid customers

Your data and information are deemed included in Globe’s platform for existing Globe Postpaid, Globe Platinum, and Globe Business Postpaid customers. Globe shall get in touch with you to confirm and complete your registration details to align them with the requirements of the law.

Globe Prepaid customers

1. Access the SIM registration website.

2. Enter your 10-digit mobile number (ex. 9171234567) and click the “Register” button.

3. If eligible to register, you’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message on your mobile phone.

4. Enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.

5. After your OTP is validated, you may now proceed with the registration.

6. Enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality

7. Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.

8. Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe's Privacy Notice, Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy, Marketing and Promotional Permissioning, and Data Sharing.

9. Click the "Submit" button to finish the registration process.

10. A reference number will appear on your screen to signify the completion of registration. Please keep the reference number as proof of registration.

Existing Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi customers

1. Connect to your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi. Make sure you're subscribed to an internet promo.

2. Go to the SIM registration website.

3. Enter your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi mobile number and click “Register”

4. You will receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your modem inbox if you are eligible to register.

5. Access your modem inbox.

   1. Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.254.254/ on your browser to access the modem dashboard.

   2. Click “Log-in” on the upper right of the screen.

   3. Log in with the username and password at the back of the modem.

   4. Click “Device” on the left side to see the OTP message. The inbox should have enough space to receive the OTP messages. Take note of your OTP.

6. Go to the portal page and enter the 6-digit OTP on the registration website. Note that the OTP expires in five minutes.

7. After your OTP is validated, you may now proceed with the registration.

8. Enter all required fields: Name, Birthday, Gender, Address, and Nationality.

9. Take a selfie and select the type of government ID to be uploaded. Click the “attach” button to upload a copy of your valid government ID.

10. Tick the checkbox to agree with Globe's Privacy Notice, Attestation of Completeness and Accuracy, Marketing and Promotional Permissioning, and Data Sharing.

11. Click the "Submit" button to finish the registration process.

1. Purchase your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi kit from Globe Sales channels.

2. Go to the SIM registration website with an active WiFi connection.

3. Set up your modem as per the instruction manual.

   1. Connect the power adapter to the modem.

   2. Turn your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi device on.

4. Go to the SIM registration website with an active WiFi connection.

5. Enter your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi mobile number and click “Register”

6. You’ll receive a One Time Pin (OTP) text message in your modem inbox if you are eligible to register.

7. Access the modem inbox as per the user instruction manual.

   1. Connect to the network that matches the SSID and password at the back of the device.

   2. Open a new browser window or tab. Type http://192.168.254.254/ on your browser to access the modem dashboard.

   3. Click “log-in” on the upper right of the screen.

   4. Log in with the username and password at the back of the modem.

   5. Click “Device” on the left side to see the OTP message. The inbox should have enough space to receive the OTP message. Take note of your OTP.

8. Disconnect from your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi and reconnect to your working internet connection.

   2. Click “Login” using the username and password at the back of your MyFi device.

   3. Click the “Login” button

   4. Click “Device” on the left side to view your messages.

   5. The inbox should have enough space to receive the messages.

3. In the device inbox, receive a message with the registration link to the SIM registration website.

4. Visit the link to start registration.

5. Enter your MyFi number and click the "Register" button.

   2. Log in using the username and password found in the user manual.

   3. Click “SMS” to view your messages.

5. In the device inbox, receive a welcome message with the registration link to the SIM registration website.

6. Visit the link with an active internet connection to start registration.

7. Enter your MyFi number and click the "Register" button.
