Here’s how:

1. Fill out the require payment form from the collecting partner/s. Be sure that you know your MID, MP2 Account Number or Housing Account Number (HAN) - which you can get from your Monthly Billing Statement or previous Official Receipts.

   Note: If the wrong HAN is entered into the system of the collecting partner, the payment process may not continue or may be credited to another HL account. Make sure that you enter or indicate the correct information, especially the HAN when paying.

2. Pay your Pag-IBIG Fund due.

3. Receive the machine-validated Payment Slip indicating the Transaction Reference Number. This shall serve as your official receipt and proof of payment.

   Note: The collecting partner will receive HL payments even for accounts that are not updated or current payments made after due date.

II. Bank

Monthly Savings, MP2, Housing Loan Amortizations and eSRS employer payments

A. For Individual Payor (IP)

1. Visit the Bills payment Portal at https://bills.ucpb.com/portal/.

2. Select Pag-IBIG

3. Provide the needed information:

For Pag-IBIG Member’s Contribution:

• Input Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID)

• Input Payor Last Name

• Select the Period Covered

For Modified Pag-IBIG II Savings:

• Input MP2 Account Number

• Input Payor Last Name

For Pag-IBIG Housing Loan:

• Input Housing Loan account Number

• Input Payor Last Name

• Select the Payment Option

For Pag-IBIG Employer’s Remittance:

• Input Payment Instruction Number (PIN)

• Input Business Name

1. Print the system-generated Payment Slip

2. Submit the system-generated Payment Slip and pay the amount to any UCPB Branch

NOTES:

A. The Pag-IBIG ID Number may be any of the following, depending on the program type:

• Pag-IBIG MID Number (for remittance of MS and STL)

• MP2 Account Number (for remittance of MP2)

• Housing Account Number (for payment of HL)

B. HL borrowers may pay any amount and beyond due date

C. Mode of payment for Employer’s Remittance

• Cash; and

• UCPB Checks only

1. Teller will provide the validated payment slip as proof of payment

B. Asia United Bank (AUB)

-AUB Process Flow
Acceptance of remittance/payment for Membership Savings, Modified Pag-IBIG II, Housing Loan, Multi-Purpose Loan, Calamity Loan, eSRS, and Other Amounts Due to Pag-IBIG Fund (soon) of Pag-IBIG member/member-borrower/employer.

1. Visit any AUB Branch for Over-the-Counter (OTC) payment.

1. Proceed to the Virtual Teller to queue the transaction. Select ‘Payments’ from the Menu.

2. Select Pag-IBIG Fund from the list of billers and fill out the required information.

Input the Payment Type:

• Membership Savings

• Modified Pag-IBIG II Savings

• Housing Loan

• Multi-Purpose Loan

• Calamity Loan

• eSRS

• Other Amounts Due (soon)

Input the applicable Pag-IBIG number:

• Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) for:

• Membership Savings,

• Multi-Purpose Loan; and

• Calamity Loan

MP2 Account Number for Modified Pag-IBIG II Savings

Housing Account Number (HAN) for Housing Loan

Payment Instruction Number (PIN) for eSRS

Input other required information:

• Last Name: (Mandatory)

• First Name: (Mandatory)

• Period Covered: (Mandatory)

  • mm/yyyy for MS, MP2, Housing Loan

• Acceptable Amount:
  - Minimum of Php100 for Membership Savings
  - Minimum of Php500 for Modified Pag-IBIG II
  - Any amount for Housing Loan Amortization
  - Amount Due/Amortization Due amount for Multi- Purpose Loan & Calamity Loan
  - Exact amount due for eSRS as indicated on the Payment Instruction Form

Acceptable Mode of Payment: :
- Cash
- AUB Check only

1. A transaction queue slip will be printed once all details are complete and submitted.

2. AUB Teller will call the number for the payment process. Service Fee is Php7.00 for every payment transaction.

3. AUB will provide the validated transaction receipt as proof of payment
