1. Located ito sa Passo St. Siling Matanda Pandi Bulacan, schedule lang natin ang TRIPPING. Ang launching nito ay next year 2022. Dahil yung naunang project sa Real De Cacarong ay SOLDOUT na.

2. Reservation Fee na 5,000 if gusto mo na ma-line-up. Pwedeng i-deposit sa account namin or cash payment during ng tripping.

3. Paki Screen Shot nalang ng Payment or Picture ng Deposit Slip

4. Wala pa mabibigay na Official Receipt dahil wala pang actual launching ang project. Kaya Provisionary or Acknowledgement Receipt muna ang mabibigay namin.

5. Paki Send muna yung BIS, 2 Valid ID at One Month Latest Payslip- Ito muna kailangan.

6. Possible na sa March 2022 or April 2022 pa ang Launching at Official Reservation. Pero by this time baka sold out na yung project, kaya as early as now ay may line-up na tayo.

note: Pwede mo pa i-refund yung pera hanggang wala pang official reservation. Pero kapag naipasok na natin as official - hindi na siya refundable.

7. May alloted na slot lang po per broker, kaya kapag na-reached na namin yung maximum slot ay mag-stop na kaming mag-accept ng line-up.

8. No 5k Reservation, No Line-up!

9. 30 days after official reservation pa ang start ng first downpayment mo. So kung April 1, 2022 ka nabigyan ng block and lot at naipasok na officially yung 5k reservation mo, ang magiging first downpayment mo ay next month May 1, 2022.

10. 24 months downpayment muna ang babayaran mo. after mabayaran ang downpayment ay waiting ka muna na matayo yung mga bahay totally bago magstart ang application sa PAGIBIG.

11. Kapag nakatayo na ang bahay. tatawagin kana para ipasa ang mga needed requirements. kami na ang magpa-process ng application.

12. Wala ka munang babayaran after ng 24 months, waiting ka nalang sa pagibig process na usually nasa 3 to 6 months process.

13. kapag loan take out kana - ibig sabihin ay approved na yung loan mo ay pwede ka na mag-Move-In.

14. 30 days after Loan Takeout ay magsisimula na yung unang amortization mo sa PAGIBIG.

15. Sa Pag-move-in ay need mo mag-Punch Listing - ibig-sabihin ay schedule ka na para macheck yung unit mo if may sira or makita kang hindi okay.

16. Gagawin lahat ng nakita mong hindi okay sa Punch listing.

17. Kung okay na sa'yo yung bahay ay pwede mo nang makuha yung SUSI!
