Frequently Asked Questions
How do I leave Feedback for my Lead?
To leave Feedback in your Leads CRM, follow these steps:

Go to your Leads CRM and select a lead.

Click the Leave Feedback button.

Update the Status of your lead.

Select a feedback.

Add a message if applicable.

Submit your Feedback.
After submitting, you will be redirected to the Feedback History, where you can view the feedback you've provided for that lead.
Note: Your lead will not be able to view the feedback you leave.

Is leaving Feedback the same as reporting?
No. If you want to report a lead, you’ll need to click the Flag icon to send a report about your lead. Leaving Feedback is meant to track your engagement and update lead status, while reporting is for lead-related issues or concerns.

Why doesn't my lead have a "Leave Feedback" option?

If you're a One Partnership Referral Program member, leaving Feedback is only available for referrals you have accepted.

If you're not a One Partnership Referral Program member, Feedback is available only for leads whose contact details you've accessed. If you haven't paid for a PDI (Paid Direct Inquiry), the Leave Feedback option won't be available.

We've introduced the new Feedback module, which replaces custom status options. This updated system allows you to update your lead's status, add feedback and notes, and even attach files, helping you better manage and track your leads in one place.

No, once Feedback is submitted, it cannot be edited. However, you can add notes in future feedback entries if the lead’s status updates or changes.—————-
