We’re making it easier for you to keep your listings active and visible with the new Daily Free Refresh tab, now available in the Property Hub.

What’s New?

With this new tab, you can refresh multiple properties at once. Simply click the Refresh All button, and your properties will be refreshed instantly.

How It Works:

• The tab will display up to 100 properties eligible for a Free Refresh each day.

• If you have more than 100 properties, the system will prioritize the oldest ones first, and you can refresh the rest in the following days.

• Each property can only be refreshed once per day using Free Refresh.

Why Free Refresh Matters:

• Keeps your properties active—Listings that are not refreshed for more than 90 days will become inactive and no longer be displayed.

• Boosts traffic—The longer your property stays on the site, the more exposure it can gain over time.

• Ranks your properties higher—A refreshed property moves to the top of search results, increasing its visibility to potential buyers.
