Why am I not able to get credits?

Please double check if the activity you completed is part of our list of activities that get FREE credits.

Note the following:

  1. Some activities such as Registration, Install and Log In the App, and Adding Email in the Profile can only get you credits once.

  2. Daily log in or usage of OnePropertee will get you credit once per day only.

  3. Some activities on Groups and Projects only get credits when the Group and  Project are accredited by OnePropertee. Why do we need to accredit groups?

Check out the Credits Logs page to see if you have accounted for all the Credits that you got and used.
