What is an Expired Property?
An ‘Expired Property’ is a property that is not available on OnePropertee search results and is also not searchable by users. However, if it’s a ‘Sold and Expired Property’ it is available in your ‘Profile Page’ under the ‘Sold’ tab. Any expired property can be Refreshed.
Note: The current status of your property is displayed on the Properties page.
