What does it mean when a pending referral endorsement is Cancelled?
When a pending referral endorsement is marked as "Cancelled," it means you can no longer accept or act on the referral due to changes in your One Partnership Referral Program status. This can happen in the following scenarios:

When you voluntarily leave the One Partnership Referral Program Group.

When a Partner Coordinator manually removes you from the One Partnership Referral Program Group.

When you are inactive for more than 60 days.

When your One Partnership Referral Program membership is deactivated for any reason, such as a contract termination.

When you join another One Partnership Referral Program group.
